Privacy & support

SiteVue Phone is an internal business calling app operated by SiteVue AI Inc. Access requires a personal activation code supplied by your SiteVue administrator.

What the app uses

We use your company directory profile, device registration, availability, call participants, phone numbers, and call timing to connect calls and display call history. Microphone access is used for calling. Notification and VoIP permissions help deliver incoming calls. The app does not upload your personal address book, collect precise location, show ads, or use advertising trackers.

Caller context and customer records

We match incoming and outgoing phone numbers to the company directory and SiteVue’s Attio CRM. Authorized call participants can see relevant names, companies and customer background. Only contacts identified as existing customers have call notes and agreed follow-up tasks written to Attio. A CRM contact alone does not establish customer status.

AI receptionist and recording

The receptionist identifies itself as AI. Telnyx carries call audio and OpenAI provides the receptionist, transcription, and call summaries. Calls with three or more participants and customer calls receive an audible notice before conference recording starts. You can stop recording in the app or press 9 during the call. Call participants should obtain any consent required for their conversation.

The AI receptionist processes audio to answer and route calls. Its conversation transcript may be stored for call handling. Suspected spam or sales messages can be sent to SiteVue’s designated Slack intake channel. Automated summaries and tasks may contain errors; review them before acting.

Storage and access

The phone server runs on Railway. Operational call records, transcripts, and provider recording references are stored in SiteVue’s service database. Audio recordings are stored by Telnyx. Recording playback through this service requires participant authentication and is limited to the first 30 days. This playback limit does not itself delete the provider recording. Attio and Slack records follow SiteVue’s retention policies in those services. Ask your administrator to review, export, or remove retained information.

Accounts and support

To obtain an activation code, revoke a lost device, correct directory information, request account deletion, or get help, contact your SiteVue administrator. You can also contact SiteVue at +1 888 388 8920 or through sitevue.app. Signing out disables the device’s availability; administrators can revoke access.

Calling availability

App calls require an internet connection and an available app registration. Mobile routing uses the directory number when configured. Voice quality depends on network conditions and the far-end carrier. For emergency calls, use your phone’s normal dialer.
